001 Software for local business

Your business. Built for software.

Big companies do not buy software, they have it built. Now so can you, shaped around how you already work and carried on the monthly instead of paid for up front.

002 Why now

The advantage was never the idea. It was access.

Every serious operator in your market runs on something shaped exactly like their business. They did not find it. They had it made.

WHAT THEY GOT

A system that fits

The quote, the job, the crew, the invoice, one flow with nothing retyped. It is quietly one of the reasons they are ahead, and it has been available to them for thirty years.

WHAT YOU WERE SOLD

The average of ten thousand

A product built for every business and therefore none of them. You bent your process to fit it, worked around the parts that did not, and kept a workaround for the rest.

WHAT CHANGED

The team, not the ambition

A build that needed four people and four seasons now needs one and a few weeks, because the hard parts are already written. That is the whole story.

003 The build

It quotes the way you quote.

Not a form with your logo on it. We sit with you, map how a job actually moves through your business, and build that. Your stages, your words, your loadings.

One record moves from enquiry to quote to job to invoice, so nothing is retyped and nothing falls between two systems that were never introduced.

004 How it works

Nobody should sign off software that does not exist.

So each stage is fixed and you can stop after any of them holding something real. The monthly does not start until there is something working to pay for.

01
Thirty minutes

The call

We look at how the work actually moves through your business and tell you straight whether this is a build, a tool you already own and have not set up, or a brain rather than a system.

02
$2,500 · about two weeks

Blueprint

We map the operation and draw the screens, then hand you a real spec and a fixed price. It is yours to keep, including if you take it to another developer. Plenty of people use one to work out they did not need custom software after all.

03
Thirty days

First part live

The piece that hurts most goes into production with your real data and your team using it for real work. Not a prototype and not a staging link. Your monthly starts here.

04
Month by month

The rest follows

Remaining modules get built and shipped out of the same monthly. No change requests, no second invoice, no waiting three weeks for a quote on a checkbox.

05
For as long as it earns

It keeps moving

Build hours are included every month, not just fixes. That is the difference between software that is still right in three years and software that quietly ages out.

006 The numbers

Rent it, or own it outright.

Set at the blueprint, against a scope you have already seen, and it does not move afterwards. Hosting, backups, support and build hours are all in the one number.

Every build starts with a $2,500 + GST blueprint. About two weeks, and you leave with the operation mapped, the screens drawn and a fixed price. It is yours whatever you decide to do next, including nothing.

007 Questions

Including the ones about money.

Why is the blueprint paid?

Because it is a fortnight of real work and it produces something worth having. Free discovery is a sales meeting with a spec attached. This is the spec, and it is yours whatever you do next.

What happens if I stop paying?

The software comes back to us and you take your data with you. No balance owing, no exit fee, nothing chased. That is the trade for there being no contract at the start.

So I am renting something I helped design?

Yes, and that is what keeps it off your balance sheet and out of your capital budget. If you would rather own it, the buyout is on this page and you can take it at any point, including day one.

Could an off-the-shelf tool do this cheaper?

Sometimes, and if we spot it during the blueprint we will say so. But plenty of owners have already tried two products and bent their process to both. Deciding you want it built properly is a legitimate call and we are not going to argue you out of it.

What if the real problem is that nothing is written down?

Then software is the expensive way to fix it. If every answer lives in one person's head, an AI brain solves that for a fraction of this. People start there and come back a year later knowing exactly what they want built.

What does thirty days actually mean?

Thirty days from blueprint sign-off, the most important part is in production with your real data and your team using it. It will not be the whole system. It will be the part that was hurting, finished.

How do you stop the scope running away?

The blueprint is the scope and the tier is set against it. New ideas go on the list and get built out of the monthly hours rather than blowing out a fixed price. Something genuinely large gets quoted, and we tell you before we start.

Will it work on a phone?

Yes, and for a field crew that is usually the main way it gets used. We design the phone view first for anyone who is not sitting at a desk.

Can it talk to Xero, or our CRM?

Almost always. Anything with an API, which is most modern software. We build around your existing stack rather than asking you to rip it out.

Who else have you built for?

We run our own trading company on software we built, and the platform this business runs on is ours as well. We will show you both on the call, including the parts that are ugly.
